Its been a crazy weekend, very busy with work and family stuff, so I just popped in via this abridged edition to do two (2) things...

Seek your agreement and support in recognizing and appreciating the tremendous effort of all wonderful mothers, grand moms, aunties, caregivers, big sisters and guardians - whether alive or passed on.
The good book states that "Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. She looks well to the ways of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness." Proverbs 31:25-28
And like me, some of us might have already lost our mother or caregiver but we know that will never ever take away from the unending love, admiration and appreciation.
And for those caring mothers reading this too, I say a warm and bunununus Mothers Day to you my friend! Enjoy your day.

I had a wonderful time touring with the famous Nutmeg Man from the hills of Westmoreland.
Not only do I know what the nutmeg tree and it's fruit looks like now, I also learned about the amazing health & nutritional benefits of this rare, but wonderful, Jamaican spice!
And so I captured all of that in this article as well as this YouTube video (embedded below as well).
