Hey ,
A gorgeous Sunday morning to you!
I truly hope that despite everything happening around (politics, dis-eases and diseases) you are doing well.
I've was having a toss up in my head as to which article I should feature this week; the 10 Jamaican herbs for weight loss, or the one about the online challenges in our 'new normal' education system.
Both are quite insightful, but I settled on the latter, for obvious reasons; right now it is closest to my chest because of its importance and impact on the future of our nation and the wider society.
And now, my...
This week I went back into my archives, recent archive I should say, and pulled out the short video of Benta Falls; the little Dunn's River without the crowd!
Take a look, if not yet seen, I'm sure you'll like it.

Last week I highlighted the world famous Negril beach!
Well still in that industry, I now celebrate our top-ranked hotels and accommodations.
Talk what you may about B&B vs hotels vs resorts vs guest houses vs all-inclusives in Jamaica, but the truth is that we have some of the best, not only in the Caribbean, but the world - year in year out; you only need the follow the travel awards to see that!
So today I feature them all!
And if at any point you need a personal recommendation, don't hesitate to ask.
This week I'd like, if you don't mind, recognize my own team-,my wife and family, Deon and Ms Thorpe.
It was quite an exhaustive week with long journeys back and forth for me, but they stuck to the tasks and everything went extremely well.
Thank you family!
Did you know...
... still in many parts of rural Jamaica, after the birth of a child, the placenta is buried?
A sapling is typically planted on top of it that would eventually be awarded to the child and called the baby's tree; eg. John's pear tree.
This too, is yet another interesting fact from my 101 Intriguing Facts About Jamaica book.
How did you do on last week's challenge about Jamaica's national heroes??
I'm waiting to hear from you
In case you missed it, here is it again.
And remember reply to me with your score :-)
Talk to you soon!
