Hey ,
First, I say to you, and all my readers....
Thanks for the amazing feedback I received on site (as well as on email) regarding my appeal to recognize our frontline workers in
this pandemic.
It was truly heartwarming to see the comments, but also to see other sharing the article across the many social media platforms!
Thanks!
This edition though is an abridged version, due mainly because of the covid19 challenges and restrictions as well as my other church and family engagements - I almost didn't make it!
But I remain committed for you to hear from me, at least once weekly, so here I am :-)
I'm continuing my video throwback series, and today my feature is a documentary of Jamaica's world famous Blue Mountain Coffee!
You may also watch it in the frame below.
Featured Jamaican Product
This week, my feature is Cerasee! The bitter herb that works!
In Jamaica, cerasee is a very popular herb. The leaves and stem are usually boiled or drawn into a tea and taken for a number of ailments including hypertension, diabetes, parasitic worms, abdominal pains, and purging/detoxing the body and blood.
Cerasee is also used for constipation and it is sometimes given to children for fevers and colds
Of course, yes, it is another of the wonder Jamaican products that I promote on my ETSY store at https://etsy.me/2xm11gz
You care welcome to stop by and take a look.
I already recognized Kevin, but I don't mind shouting it out here.
Kevin, if you are reading this again, Congrats, Thank You, and Welcome on board!
... The Jamaican Assembly was the first to enact the Emancipation Laws, as without doing this they would not have qualified for the monetary compensation of £6,149,939?
Well, now you know!
So how are you #StayingSafeAndSane during this pandemic?
What's the latest in YOUR community?
I'll love to hear!
And yes, remember to #WashHandsOften, #KeepYourSocialDistance and #StaySafe!
We'll get through this, it certainly didn't caught the almighty by surprise :-)
