And yesterday , amidst all the anxiety and discouragement, I opened up a brand new mini-forum, I call it the Covid19 Support Forum!
This is true community!
Not only can you share informative tips, cautions and words of encouragement, but like all other persons impacted, you know have the opportunity to share Covid19 stories, regardless of where they are in the world!

Today, I'm featuring another amazing medicinal plant found here in Jamaica.
Annatto!
Annatto is a natural food coloring and condiment that is extracted from the seeds of the achiote fruit.
The seeds are high in tocotrienol, a form of vitamin E. They are also a rich source of antioxidants, which are beneficial for protecting skin cells, as well as minerals like calcium, sodium, and iron.
Annatto is used to improve digestion, help manage diabetes, strengthen healthy bones, and reduce signs of aging.
