Funny enough, I was lying in bed and I said:
 "You know what, let me get up and get this out to to you before my busy day tomorrow".

Yeah mon :-)

You see, despite still having those sporadic leg tightness, church and community have me on a tight schedule, and so with the knowledge that tomorrow (continuing into the week) will be pretty tough - figured, just get it done right now!

It is said that prevention is always better than having to make up -  right? lol.
I know the ladies will love that line :-)
