I'd never guessed that a week after sending sympathies and condolences to our peeps in the US, particularly in the state of Florida, that we'd be doing it again this week after another storm ravaged areas of the state😲

But you know what they say, when it rains, it pours, I wonder what about hurricane?

In addition to showing us exactly how it looks, she helps us understand what exactly this is, how it is grown, how it is prepared as well as some of its health benefits.
