Its August 6th, and so you know its Jamaica's birthday, right?🎈🥳🎂! Oh yeah, our independence from colonial rule!
And so, as an ardent Jamaican enthusiast, a lover and believer in this country, I say to you, Happy Independence Day to you and yours my friend!
And by the way, that's my daughter again, the reigning Ms. St. James Festival Queen! The results at the nationals were not what we had hoped but we are oh so proud of her.
